It is a certainly a very good initiative: The famous British publishing house, the Oxford Business Group has prepared a guide investment in English about Morocco , entitled "Emerging Morocco 2004".
The book has 200 pages, processes and analyzes the various aspects of life in Morocco and the progress in economic, finantial, legal, social and political.
The book was published in january 2004 and distributed in Europe, North America, North Africa and the Middle East.
The first edition was drawn about 30,000 copies and sold at price of 15 Euro.
The guide investment ( given the economic presentation as the fullest and most accurate ever published in English in Morocco) details the major events and trends that affect directly the key economc sectors in the country: tourism, real estate , fishing, textiles, Telecommunications, agriculture...A series of interviews was conducted with political and economic most influential in Morocco to identify the reality of the existing and projected future developments.
The research team at the consulting firm of English Group has spent more than six months of research, assisted by analysts Casablanca Finanace Intermediation, for writing this book covering all aspects of the Moroccan economy.
The book details the economic sectors, including banking, financial market, telecommunications, construction, media, land issues, real estate, tourism, energy and agriculture. All the chapters are supported by interviews with officials and businessmen operating these vital areas of Moroccan economy.
"Emerging Morocco 2004" contains also data on Morocco, a historical overview and a guide for visitours, presenting the differenct regions and culture of the kingdom of Morocco, a selection of hotels and restaurants.
