As a professional in overseas property especially in Morocco i have met many British investors and buyers in the north of Morocco, in Marrakech and in the south of Agadir and most of them told me that the recent statistics do reveal that 3.8 million Brits and Irish already own overseas real estate-meaning that i count each family as having an average of 3 or 8 members, 17 million of us can escape abroad if we want to already.

So why all of us are buying property abroad?

I was doing research about International real estate investment and news and i found an  incredible blog entry by Penny Wise published on the low tax.net website in 2 December 2007. The writer said by about 2020 the Uk will be inahabited by "Polish plumbers, Turkish builders, Russian billionaires and Brazilian football players" because the rest of us will have all bought property abroad and expatriated... There are many reasons. Some are buying international real estate in a bid to get on the property ladder in abroad like it was before some day, Some are buying overseas real estate for holiday home but willing one day they can resell for a huge profit and others are just buying to let, but choosing an attractive and affordable market in which to make their money to make good return.
